I opened a business almost 12 years ago. For the first year I thought I could do all my accounting by myself. After about 7 months from opening, business started picking up and it was hard to get through the day with any time to breath, so I decided to look for a bookkeeper to free up some of my time and to also make sure my books and taxes were being done right. He mentioned that we could do it ourselves and he could help make sure everything got filed with the proper agencies. He guided us through what we needed to do and quickly helped us get everything filed and adjusted our bookkeeping accordingly, saving us a great deal of money in the process.
